Cancellations Policies

No one wants to miss out on a Rebalance Retreat… but life is unpredictable. To avoid disappointment. Please take out full travel insurance in case you need to cancel for any reason. 

Covid Cancellation Policy

We offer full refunds for Covid related cancellations. 

Non Covid Related Cancellation Policy

Please note your initial 50% deposit is strictly non refundable. However we will transfer your deposit to another retreat date, if there are places available.  

• If you cancel within 90 days of your Rebalance Retreat start date: we will refund any payment over and above your initial non refundable 50% deposit. 

• If you cancel within 30 days of your Rebalance Retreat start date: we offer no refunds and no transfers what so ever. 

Rebalance Retreats are not responsible for any financial loss, due to costs of travel to or from our retreats or accomodation bookings.

Please take out travel insurance. Because sometimes life happens. 

Service Charge

All cancellations are subject to a minimum of a $200 service charge. We will return any funds to your preferred bank account.
